At the Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 6 March 2012 at Seaton Town FC, the 2011 committee was re-elected unopposed:

Treasurer Lesley Saxby (Seaton Town FC B)
25 of the 26 teams remaining at the end of the 2011 season re-entered the league, with only Harbour Sea dropping out. Three new teams entered Axe Cliff B, Eyre Court A and White Hart A. In order to balance the depleted Division 2 from the end of the 2011 season, only one team was relegated, and three teams from Division 3 were promoted, so we have 10 teams in Division 1 and 9 teams in Divisions 2 and 3. As usual, we also have the Whitbread Cup, Singles Plate, Pairs Shield and the Triples Cup draws were made after the AGM.
Accounts: With the League having a surplus of over £1000, it was decided to make a donation of £250 to the Devon Air Ambulance, and plan to halve the entry fees for 2013 to £10, providing the trophy purchases at the end of the season can stand this (see below).
Trophies: A discussion was held on trophies/medals to be presented at the end of the season. It was decided to reinstate trophies for all runners up in the 2012 season.
Engraving: Winning teams from 2011 are reminded that they need to get their team trophy engraved themselves before the 2012 Presentation Night.
Rules: No changes were made to the rules, so the book produced for the 2010 season is still in place.
Fixtures: League matches start on Tuesday 3 April at 7.30pm for all Divisions. The season will be a week longer this year, due to an extra night being added for the Whitbread Cup 2nd Round.
Presentation Night will be held at a venue TBA on Tuesday 2 October 2012 starting at 7.30pm.
The 2013 AGM/Registration Night will be held at Seaton Town Football Club on Tuesday 5 March 2013 at 7.30pm.
