The BPMF Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme is the Climate Change Levy Agreement for the poultry farm and processing industry. Membership of the scheme will entitle you to receive an 80% discount on the Climate Change Levy on eligible energy use until April 2003. Thereafter, providing you meet milestone savings targets you can continue to receive this discount until April 2013, the end of the scheme life.

In the BPMF CCLA there are nearly 100 individual processing sites and over 1200 farms sites that are currently benefiting from the Levy discount. The BPMF CCLA is helping save nearly £4 million per year of levy.

We are still receiving new applications - it is not too late to apply. Anyone interested should contact the Help Line to obtain Applications Forms. Approval for the discount could be gained within 4-6 weeks of completing the application form.
