These Guidance Notes are intended to help companies in the craft bakery industry become Participants in the Master Bakers Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme. This Scheme will enable eligible facilities to obtain an 80% discount on the Climate Change Levy (CCL). The CCL comes into force on April 1^st 2001.
