In order to have a good chance of getting your Climate Change Levy discount on April 1st 2001, it is important that:

• Your Application Form must be returned to the Scheme Administrator by December 8^th 2000 at the very latest to allow sufficient time for data checking and issue of your Underlying Agreement. Where possible, we urge you to return forms at an earlier date to provide the Scheme Administrator sufficient time to process the data.

If you miss this deadlines you will still be eligible for the Levy discount, but you may miss out on the discount during the first few months of the Levy. NAMB/SAMB cannot guarantee your discount will start on April 1^st 2001 even if you meet the above deadlines, but are working closely with DEFRA to try and ensure the fastest possible progress is made.
