It is likely that some applicants to the Master Bakers Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme will operate sites that are not in the craft baking sector. Only those organizations operating craft bakeries or bakery shops can be administered under the Master Bakers Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme. For companies with sites outside the Master Bakers sector, the company should seek registration of those sites under an alternative Agreement (See Information Sheet 4).
